比賽要求

 

• 參賽者可以個人或隊伍參賽,每個參賽隊伍人數上限為 3 人。
• 參賽隊伍需有最少一位參賽者擔任隊長 / 聯絡人。

• 每位參賽者只可遞交一份作品。
• 每間參賽學校 / 團體的參賽隊數不設上限。
• 參賽隊伍成員可由多於一間學校的學生所組成。若參賽隊伍組成之成員並不屬同一團體/學校,則其參賽作品將不會被計算於角逐「最踴躍參與」團體獎項。

• 短片的對話或旁述可以英文、廣東話或普通話演繹。

• 參賽作品必須以電子形式遞交。

 

Requirements

 

• Participants can join as individuals or groups with maximum of 3 participants per group.

• The participating group must have at least one participant to be leader / contact person.

• Only one submission per participant can be submitted.

• There is no maximum number of teams per participating school / group.

• The group members can be composed of more than one school student. Entries will not be counted as “Highest number of entries” for the Education Institute Award, if they are not members of the same group / school.

• The video can be performed in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.

• All entries must be submitted electronically.

 

比賽規格及細則

 

• 所有參賽作品需要提供不多於20字之標題及100字以內之作品簡介(中、英文皆可)。
• 所有參賽短片必須為參賽單位之原創作品,不可抄襲,並不會侵犯他人之任何知識產權。如有需要使用他人作品之素材,必須先徵得原作者的書面同意。如作品涉及抄襲、侵權(包括知識產權、保密權或私隱權)、曾經出版、已提交過其他比賽,參賽資格會被立即取消,所涉及之法律責任皆由參賽者 / 參賽團體自行承擔。主辦機構及任何合作機構或人士概不負責。
• 參賽短片內容不可涉及影射他人、誹謗、猥褻、暴力、色情、粗言穢語或任何不合法成分,亦須避免引起種族、性別、年齡、家庭崗位歧視,或政治、宗教爭拗題材;違規作品將被取消參賽資格。
• 參賽短片片長必須在三分鐘之內,參賽短片對白或旁述可以英語、廣東話或普通話,或輔以原創音樂/不牽涉版權之音樂。
• 參賽短片格式必須為MP4或MOV檔,解像度不低於1280x720。
• 參賽者 / 參賽團體須填妥報名表格,電郵至ccvc@hkpa.hk,並將參賽短片上載至 Youtube (設定為不公開片段),隨報名表格附上參賽短片之連結(Link)予大會作評審。
• 參賽者 / 參賽團體呈交作品後,則表示同意授權主辦機構使用其參賽短片作非牟利之用途,並有權修改、翻譯、改編、使用、複製、派發及出版作品之全部或部分內容,而毋須向參賽者 / 參賽團體支付任何版權或其他費用。
• 如有任何爭議,主辦機構將保留一切比賽及獎品安排之最終決定權。
• 評審團對比賽結果及名次有最終決定權,參賽者對比賽結果和獎項不能異議。
• 參賽者 / 參賽團體同意主辦機構公佈其姓名,並授權主辦機構蒐集、處理及使用其個人資料作是次活動聯絡、宣傳及推廣之用。除以上用途外,所有資料絕對保密。所有個人資料於比賽頒獎典禮結束後六個月內銷毀。

• 主辦機構保留更改規則及其他安排的權利而毋須事先通知參賽者。

 

 

Notes on Application for Video competition, Terms and Conditions

 

• All entry must provide title of video (less than 20 words) and video introduction* (less than 100 words). Chinese and English are available.

 

• All entry must be original entries of the participating units and cannot be copied without infringing upon any intellectual property rights of others. If you need to use other people's work materials, you must obtain the original author's written consent. If the entries involve plagiarism, infringement (including intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights or privacy rights), or it has been published and submitted to other competitions, the qualification of the contestants will be cancelled immediately. The organisers shall not be responsible whether directly or indirectly for any liability arising whatsoever or howsoever from any violation of any copyright laws. Entrants agree and undertake to accept and be responsible for all such liability arising therefrom.

 

• An entry shall not contain materials that are obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, indecent, disparaging or any content that is controversial and inappropriate.

 

• The length of video cannot be more than three minutes. The video can be in Cantonese, English or Mandarin. If materials like music, images, video images or movie clips owned by other parties are used in an entry, the participants/ participation teams must obtain the relevant lawful authorisation.

 

• Format of video shall be in MP4 or MOV. Video resolution shall not be less than 1280x720.

 

• Participants / Participating Organizations are required to complete the application form and submit to ccvc@hkpa.hk. Please upload the video to Youtube (set as an unlisted section). The Link will be attached to the application form for the conference to review.

 

• Participants / participants teams must fully understand and agree to assign to organisers the copyright of their works without charge. The organisers have the right to edit, translate, adapt, use, copy and distribute, in whole or in part, the works without the prior consent of the participant/ participation teams, or payment of fees.

 

• The organisers reserve the right to make decision on all matters relating to the competition, which shall be final. This includes the right to interpret, amend, cancel or suspend the terms and conditions, prizes and other arrangements of the competition without notice.
